This group was created to empower, inform and support other women suffering with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS). We'll meet, talk nutrition, create workout- support groups, that'll encourage and educate us all on health issues.

PCOS Support Group for Women 20 & Older in the Westchester and Fairfield County areas. We offer a safe & supportive learning environment for women with PCOS. Our goal: Empower not only newly diagnosed women, but also those who have been living with PCOS for many years. Women will share their different food preferences, health concerns, and life experiences—all influenced by culture, religion, values, health, and emotions—in this very specialized PCOS support group with other women who have PCOS.

This group is created to inspire, educate and empower women through all their seasons of life and whatever challenges they may be facing physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is a community of like-minded individuals that offer each other support, insight and hope. The group will evolve organically just as women should.
